We are looking for experienced, reliable HVAC Technicians to join our growing network of service professionals.This role involves travelling to residential properties to diagnose, maintain, repair, and install HVAC equipment within your verified qualifications and legal scope. Technicians will work independently, manage appointments through a mobile work app, document their findings, and complete assigned work safely and professionally.What You'll DoDiagnose HVAC problems before recommending repairs or equipment replacementComplete HVAC maintenance, tune-ups, repairs, and installations within your approved scopeService residential systems such as furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, water heaters, ductless units, thermostats, HRVs, ERVs, ductwork, and ventilation equipmentInspect filters, airflow, thermostats, controls, electrical components, and system operationIdentify required parts and explain when additional or specialized work is neededTest HVAC systems before leaving to confirm proper and safe operationRecord equipment model numbers, serial numbers, findings, repairs, and completed workTake clear photos of equipment, damaged components, installed parts, and completed workReport unsafe equipment, unfinished work, licensing concerns, or issues outside your approved scopeUse a mobile work app to receive work orders, read instructions,
navigate with GPS, upload photos, and update job statusesTravel between appointments using your own vehicleMandatory RequirementsMinimum 3 years of paid qualified HVAC field experienceMust be able to diagnose and complete assigned HVAC work independently without technical job-site supervisionExperience servicing, maintaining, repairing, or installing residential HVAC systemsMust have the appropriate active licences, certificates, tickets, or legal authority for the HVAC work being performedMust have your own reliable vehicle to travel between appointments and carry tools, equipment, parts, and suppliesMust have your own HVAC tools and testing equipment appropriate for your approved scope of workMust have your own suitable smartphone capable of using GPS, mobile work apps, taking clear photos, reading work orders, and submitting job updatesStrong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilityStrong understanding of HVAC safety and the limits of your qualificationsAble to test completed work and report unresolved or additional problemsBasic English communication skillsReliable, punctual, and comfortable with GPS-confirmed appointmentsMust arrive no later than 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment timeLicensing and Scope of WorkTechnicians will only be assigned work that matches their verified experience, licences, certificates,
