About The Opportunity
Reporting to our Director of Marketing, we are seeking a highly organized, execution‑focused Marketing Coordinator to support and accelerate marketing initiatives across the business (new business and customer marketing).
This role requires 1–2 years of full‑time marketing experience and is ideal for someone who thrives in a rapid‑paced environment, can deliver accurate, on‑time, high‑quality work, and owns projects from start to finish.
What you will do
- Content Creation: Write blog posts, develop sales enablement resources (e.g., one‑pagers), and draft & schedule marketing emails.
- Event Coordination: Serve as primary contact with event organizers and vendors; create event briefs, manage pre‑ and post‑event logistics, and ensure timely execution.
- Social Media: Develop and schedule engaging posts, monitor channels, and engage with the community.
- Digital Marketing: Update/create webpages, set up webinars, and ensure content is accurately published and optimized.
- Customer Marketing: Communicate product updates and support a strong, connected customer community.
What success looks like
30 Days
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and transparent communication in deliverables.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the brand voice, products, services, and key marketing objectives.
- Assist in drafting and scheduling social media posts and email marketing campaigns.
- Support coordination of at least one event or campaign component.
60 Days
- Manage multiple concurrent deadlines successfully.
- Take full ownership of social media scheduling and community engagement.
- Write and schedule marketing emails independently.
- Publish first blog post.
- Develop one sales enablement resource (e.g., a one‑pager).
90 Days
- Consistently apply feedback and show measurable improvement in quality and efficiency.
- Prioritize competing initiatives and communicate proactively about timelines.
- Execute campaign deliverables aligned with key marketing initiatives.
- Own event coordination from pre‑event logistics to post‑event processes.
Ideal Candidate
Experience & Education
- 1–2 years of full‑time marketing experience (B2B or SaaS a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Core Capabilities
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in content, campaign setup, & execution.
- Ability to Apply Feedback: Incorporate input thoughtfully and improve over time.
- Time Management: Deliver work on schedule.
- Prioritization: Focus on initiatives that move things forward.
- Communication: Clear, professional communication with stakeholders.
- Execution & Ownership: Follow through and take responsibility.
- Robust Writing Skills: Engaging, clear, persuasive content.
- AI Fluency: Comfortable using AI tools to enhance output while maintaining judgment.
- Tools & Platforms: Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Suite (asset).
Portfolio Submission
A digital portfolio must be submitted with your application.

Compensation
Salary range: $50,000 – $55,000 CAD, determined by experience and qualifications.
