You can be part of a team that defines the solution landscape and structures projects to enable flexibility, minimize risks and maximize gain.As an Oracle EPM Cloud Planning (EPBCS/PBCS) Senior Consultant, you'll be instrumental in delivering Planning and Budgeting solutions to support our clients' transformation journeys. This role requires deep, hands-on experience configuring and implementing Oracle EPM Cloud Planning modules (including Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Projects).ResponsibilitiesContribute to defining the scope necessary to achieve client goals and objectivesContribute to estimates of the work effort, time and resources required to deliver the defined scopeHelp customers align their business with Oracle's leading industry processesContribute to the project plan and provide regular updatesPartner with clients to design and create prototypes on Oracle Cloud (understanding and communicating options and decision rationale)Configure, document and test Oracle Cloud solutions, recording appropriate Oracle service requests and working them to closureIdentify risks, evaluate options,
and recommend and execute the remediations to avoid project roadblocksCoach and lead client and ArcLight project resources to complete their tasks with qualityEstablish personal brand by meeting or exceeding commitments for schedule and qualityContinuously improve ArcLight's delivery model and assets to provide the most value to customers while increasing project delivery efficiencyGrow skills to encompass a broader understanding of Oracle Cloud, and the sales and delivery processesDeepen knowledge and skills in software industry trends, our customer's industry, and the latest Oracle modules and featuresAchieve and maintain Oracle Cloud implementation certificationsQualificationsRequiredBachelor's and/or post‐graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field, or its equivalent6+ years of implementation experience with Oracle EPM solutions and 4+ years of implementation experience with Planning and BudgetingExperience with Oracle PBCS/EPBCS modules: financials, workforce, capital projectsExperience integrating Oracle EPM Cloud with Oracle Cloud Financials and HCM modulesWorking knowledge of FP&A, financial close, and/or planning/forecasting business processesProject management experience planning implementation activities for Oracle Cloud solutionsFunctional experience implementing Oracle EPM Cloud with direct customer interactions. Hands‐on activities you performed included facilitating design workshops, configuring Oracle Cloud following Oracle best practices, identifying application gaps, providing, and evaluating recommendations to address gaps, completing functional designs, providing Oracle Cloud process guidance and training, and test plans and executionProvides overall implementation support with presenting complex ideas in a transparent and concise manner, bug fixes, customer support.
