Join us for our 2026 turnaround season and work with a team that values safety, fair compensation, and employee experience.ResponsibilitiesSafety & ComplianceLead execution with azero-incident safety mindsetEnsure compliance with site safety rules, permits, and refinery policiesParticipate in toolbox talks, JSAs, hazard assessments, and incident investigationsEnforce lockout/tagout (LOTO), confined space, hot work, and pressure testing protocolsField Execution & SupervisionOversee all piping and mechanical activities including:Line removal and reinstatementTie-ins and hot cutsValve replacementsFlange managementSpool installationHydrotesting and reinstatementVessel open/clean inspectSupervise foremen and contractors to ensure productivity and qualityResolve field issues, clashes, and constructability challenges in real timeCoordinate manpower, tools, equipment, and materials for scopesSchedule & ProductivityExecute work in alignment with the TA schedule and daily execution plansMonitor progress, productivity,



and constraint removalWork with Planning to adjust sequencing and recover schedule when requiredParticipate in daily coordination meetings and provide accurate progress updatesQuality AssuranceEnsure piping work meets drawings, specifications, and applicable codes (ASME, CSA, API)Coordinate inspections, testing, and turnover documentationAddress deficiencies and punch list items promptlyCoordination & CommunicationCoordinate with:Mechanical, Welding, Electrical, and Scaffolding SuperintendentsEngineering and QA/QC teamsClient and refinery operations personnelSupport effective shift handovers and clear communication across crewsQualificationsJourneyman certification and strong mechanical background10-15 years' Industrial maintenance and turnaround experience5 years' experience in a leadership role at a Superintendent levelValid Driver's licenseSolid understanding of the OH&S regulationsEvidence of exceptional leadership skills and ability to influence, mentor and coachAbility to inspire trust in difficult situations by instilling confidence and engaging people on matters that affect themAbility to forge,
