- YOUR ROLE





As an Accounting Technician, you will be responsible for the full management of billing and accounts payable for our construction projects.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Preparing, issuing, and following up on project billing

- Managing accounts payable, including invoice verification and approval

- Ensuring compliance of financial documents (contracts, purchase orders, change orders)

- Liaising with project managers to resolve financial discrepancies

- Performing account reconciliations and participating in monthly and periodic closings

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

You are the ideal candidate if you:

- Hold a DEC in Accounting or an equivalent qualification

- Have a minimum of two years of accounting experience

- Have experience in the construction industry (an asset)

- Are bilingual (an asset)
- Are proficient in Excel and the Maestro accounting software

- Are autonomous and able to manage priorities effectively

- Are recognized for your rigor, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
