About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, National Partnerships and Development to lead the diversification, growth, and sustainability of membership, partnerships, and revenue generation. This senior leadership role is pivotal in shaping and executing strategic partnerships that align with the organization's mission and strategic priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and securing new funding, grants, and partnerships, and will work closely with the CEO and Directors to ensure the Association's value proposition is compelling and effective. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, business development, and representing the organization at high-level external engagements.

Applicants for the Vice President,



National Partnerships and Development position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience, with a strong background in non-profit partnerships and revenue generation. The role requires a team-oriented leader with a proven track record in major gifts, government, and foundation grants, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to translate vision into actionable fundraising plans. A Master's level degree, preferably an MBA or similar, is required, along with additional training in fundraising and strategic partnership development. Bilingualism in English and French, experience in the healthcare sector, and familiarity with membership management systems are considered assets.
