Inspired HR is partnering with a leading Canadian healthcare organization to recruit a Vice President, Operations to lead and transform operations across Western Canada.This is a newly created executive role driven by significant organizational growth. Following recent acquisitions and continued expansion, the organization has doubled in size and is entering an important integration phase. The Vice President, Operations will play a critical role in bringing newly acquired businesses together, strengthening culture, improving operational performance, and creating a unified regional strategy.This is not an M&A role.
