Accommodations are available throughout the hiring process upon request.About the roleThe Accounting Associate is responsible for a portfolio of clients and generating accurate client invoices, maintaining accounting records, and managing follow‑ups with clients.



The role requires applying invoicing and accounting knowledge to manage financial information and communicate effectively with team members and clients to resolve invoicing queries.What you’ll be doingPrepare and issue accurate client invoices and reports using NetSuiteMaintain invoice records and ensure billing data is complete and accurateReconcile accounts receivable balances and support AR collections activitiesInvestigate and resolve invoicing discrepancies and inquiries in a timely manner with internal team members and clientsCarry out client deposit reconciliationsSupport internal meetings, representing Finance OperationsAssist with payment processing, including direct deposit input and cheque issuanceSupport additional accounting and finance‑related tasks as requiredWhat you’ll bring1–2 years of experience in an accounting or Accounts Receivable role, with a focus on invoicingHands‑on experience with NetSuite (or similar systems) for billing and AR processesGood working knowledge of ExcelEffective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsOutstanding organizational and follow‑thru skillsClear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teamsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to follow through on tasksAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a busy and complex environmentStrong problem‑solving and analytical thinking skillsEffective time management and ability to meet tight deadlinesAll our job postings provide starting pay bands for transparency.
