This role is instrumental in facilitating seamless, reliable, and secure deployments across key business units, including Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations.Your day at a glance:Release Planning: Plan, schedule, and execute solution releases across multiple environments, including Development, QA, UAT, and Production.Deployment Management: Handle solution packaging, versioning, and deployment for Dynamics 365 CRM and F&O, leveraging Azure DevOps pipelines.Collaboration: Partner with developers, business analysts, and testers to validate release content and ensure timely execution.Coordination: Maintain release calendars, document change requests and liaise with business stakeholders for go/no-go approvals.Accountability: Prepare rollback plans, track changes, and conduct release audits for all deployments.Support: Manage ISV solutions and Power Platform components,
