This role is responsible for overseeing fleet operations ensuring seamless day-to-day execution. The position plays a key role in optimizing asset utilization, managing vendor relationships, and driving operational efficiency. This is a highly visible, on-site leadership role with direct impact on business performance.The Role:Lead, coach, and develop a team of logistics coordinators, ensuring alignment with operational priorities and performance expectationsOversee the day-to-day management of a large fleet of vehicles and equipment, ensuring optimal utilization, uptime, and reliabilityCoordinate and manage third-party transportation and service providers to meet operational demandsDevelop and execute preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset lifeMonitor fleet performance metrics, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiativesPartner cross-functionally with operations, logistics,
