If you're energized by complex challenges, building trusted relationships, and driving meaningful outcomes at scale, this role is made for you.As a Senior Account Manager focused on helping our Federal Civilian customers, you will be the strategic voice of the customer owning relationships with Canadian federal agencies and helping them modernize critical missions such as benefits delivery, tax processing, disaster response, and scientific research. This customer‐first approach is how we built the world's most adopted cloud.Basic Qualifications7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C‐level executives.Experience managing executive customer relationships and key business stakeholders.Experience selling into Canadian public sector.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of AWS or cloud technologies.Experience creating and implementing long‐term transformational account strategies in a customer‐facing role or equivalent.Experience selling into Canadian federal government departments or agencies.Understanding of Government of Canada procurement processes and frameworks.Familiarity with public sector digital transformation priorities (e.G., cloud adoption, data modernization, AI).Equal Opportunity EmployerAmazon is an equal prospect employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign‐on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives (where applicable). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
