Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile delivery for enterprise Salesforce programs.
- Strong experience delivering Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, Scrum ceremonies, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Experience partnering with Product Owners to manage product backlogs, sprint planning, prioritization, and user story refinement aligned with Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Agile dashboards, sprint tracking, and Agile reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across business, product, QA, and technical teams.
- Experience managing distributed onsite/offshore Agile teams.
- Proven ability to identify, track, and resolve project risks, dependencies, blockers, and delivery impediments.
- Experience driving Agile metrics including velocity, burndown charts, sprint predictability, and team health.
- Experience supporting UAT, defect triage, release planning, and production deployments.
- Robust understanding of enterprise Agile governance, compliance standards, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Exposure to Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in Banking or Financial Services organizations.
- Knowledge of banking regulatory and compliance requirements.




- Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing multiple Agile squads simultaneously.
- Prior experience working within the Canadian banking ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Manage end-to-end Agile delivery for Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized and sprint-ready backlog.
- Ensure user stories are well-defined, estimated, and aligned with DoR and DoD.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, and technical delivery teams.
- Identify and remove impediments while proactively managing project risks and dependencies.
- Monitor Agile KPIs including sprint velocity, burndown, predictability, and overall sprint health.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, release planning, and production deployment activities.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise Agile governance, compliance policies, and Salesforce DevOps practices.
- Mentor and coach Agile teams to promote continuous improvement and Scrum best practices.

Mandatory Certifications

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Mandatory

Preferred Certifications

- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accreditation (preferred)

Experience

- 8+ years of Scrum Master experience.
- Strong experience leading Agile delivery for Salesforce implementation programs.
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience is highly preferred.
