Agropur is seeking a Dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to support our Fresh facilities in Burnaby and Victoria. This permanent role is vital for driving impactful HR initiatives and supporting leaders in a manufacturing workplace.
In this strategic role, you will be a trusted advisor to site leadership, influencing business decisions and driving HR best practices. Your focus will include employee relations, workforce planning, and enhancing employee engagement across both sites, while committing to an inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a strategic HR partner to site leadership
• Support employee relations and grievance management
• Drive talent management and succession planning initiatives




• Lead health & safety culture and return-to-work programs
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across sites
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR Management
• 5+ years as a Business Partner in a unionized setting
• 5+ years experience with employee relations
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance
• Bilingual in French and English preferred
