Here, there's no limit to what you can achieve.Senior Account ManagerPRIMARY PURPOSETo support the Client Services discipline nationally in Canadanationally.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS And RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for managing and maintaining client relationship to ensure satisfaction and retentionPrimary point of contact for client, responding promptly to client inquiriesSupports business growth through identifying new opportunities and cross-selling of servicesParticipates in client meetings as required (ie/performance reviews/stewardship etc..)Provides ancillary support based on client or departmental needsAssists with the development of Stewardship reports & Loss Runs as neededPreparation of client communication as required to internal staffAssists with the assembly of contracts, proposals, presentations and Client Service InstructionsMaintain necessary client documents in TheCurrentAssist in CAT eventsCoordinate completion of client reports as requiredKey contact for inquiries with respect to ARUpdate/maintain client ratesRequest client code set upRequest system access for clientsCoordinate training as required by client internally with operationsAttend industry functions as deemed necessaryADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS And RESPONSIBILITIESPerforms other duties as assigned.Supports the organization's quality program(s).QualificationsEducation & LicensingBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major in Risk Management, Business Administration or Finance preferred.Applicable Adjuster LicensingExperienceMinimum Five (5)



years of experience, preferably (10) years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience requiredSkills & KnowledgeBasic knowledge of insurance, claims or business managementExcellent oral and written communication, including presentation skillsPC literate, including Microsoft Office products and Excel, PowerPointAnalytical and interpretive skillsStrong organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent negotiation skillsAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to meet or exceed Performance CompetenciesAbility to manage multiple accounts and deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesCustomer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skillsJob typeThis position is full-time and compensation is salaried.We are currently hiring for this position.Compensation InformationSalary Range: $120,000-$150,000 CAD AnnualCompensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
