Position SummaryThe Sales Account Executive is responsible for aggressive market penetration within their territory including opening accounts, driving revenue, and building a dominant presence across dermatology, plastic surgery, and medical aesthetic practices. This is a pure hunting role. The expectation is relentless new account acquisition, and the compensation structure rewards exactly that.This role is built for elite closers: proven top performers with established relationships in the space who are energized by a ground-floor launch opportunity. Beyond field execution, you will have direct influence on how sales messaging and tools evolve based on real-world practice feedback. and practice ownersExecute clinical sales conversations within approved guidelines; elevate questions as neededAdapt messaging and approach based on practice type, provider needs, and field learningsRepresent Re-Q Health at industry conferences, KOL events, and field initiativesDeliver structured feedback on messaging, objections, and market dynamics to refine field execution over timePractice Education & Pull-ThroughDrive reorder behavior - opening an account is the start, not the finishTrain practice staff, run in-office events, and own sell-through metricsEducate physicians and staff on product value, clinical positioning, and patient-facing useHelp practices integrate the product into existing workflows and patient conversationsBuild trusted relationships with physicians, mid-levels, aestheticians, injectors, and staff through consistent, high-quality engagementCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Sales leadership on territory strategy, prioritization, and execution planningCollaborate with Marketing, Product Development, and Sales Operations partners to support practice needsProvide field insights to inform onboarding materials, training content, and future sales enablement effortsContribute to the evolution of sales processes and best practices as the commercial organization scalesQualificationsRequired10+ years of field sales experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, physician-dispensed skincare, cosmeceuticals, and/or adjacent medical device categoriesProven,
