Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze client financials for M&A; opportunities
• Prepare confidential memorandums highlighting financial data
• Interact with varied stakeholders in the M&A; process

Requirements:
• CPA designation either completed or in progress
• 2-4 years of public practice or relevant experience
• Solid knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Robust skills in financial statement interpretation
• Experience with transaction advisory is a plus
