About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Human Resources to play a pivotal role in the evolution of its people strategy. This is a highly visible leadership position, ideal for an experienced HR executive who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening the HR function, developing and executing a comprehensive people strategy, and building a high-performing HR team. Key responsibilities include workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and championing organizational culture. The role demands a leader who can provide trusted counsel to the executive team, is deeply connected to the business,



and can offer practical solutions that support informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary degree in a relevant field, with a CPHR designation or graduate degree considered an asset. They should have a proven track record in leading HR within operationally intensive environments, with experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction, or similar sectors being highly beneficial. The role requires a leader with robust commercial acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels. The candidate should be adept at leading organizational change, implementing HR technology, and utilizing people analytics. A genuine appreciation for entrepreneurial cultures and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential. Success in this role will be measured by the candidate's ability to establish trusted relationships, build a capable HR function, and support the organization's growth while preserving its entrepreneurial spirit.
