This role will focus on closing high-severity internal audit findings and establishing a robust governance framework across a complex, federated technology landscape.The ideal candidate brings deep Financial Services Industry (FSI) experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record in audit, risk, and regulatory-driven initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAudit Remediation LeadershipLead end-to-end remediation of high-severity internal audit findingsDrive closure of audit issues across a federated patching program involving 30+ teams and 50+ asset classesEnsure alignment with internal audit, operational risk management (ORM), and compliance standardsGovernance Program DevelopmentEstablish and operationalize a net-new governance function from the ground upDefine governance frameworks, processes, controls, and reporting structuresImplement sustainable processes for patching oversight, compliance tracking, and risk mitigationStakeholder ManagementEngage directly with senior stakeholders including Internal Audit, ORM, and CIO-level leadershipFacilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive reportingAct as a key liaison between technology teams, risk functions, and business leadershipProgram & Delivery ManagementManage cross-functional delivery across multiple teams in a highly matrixed environmentTrack milestones,
