Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; Master’s preferred
• 3-5 years’ experience in Cardiology or related fields
• Excellent computer and communication skills
• Knowledge of heart failure and remote patient care is a plus
