In this role, you'll help facilitate sales by providing product pricing and lead-time information, entering orders, coordinating shipments, and working closely with production to ensure customers receive exceptional service.

You’ll be learning and becoming confident in:

- Using our ERP system to access customer and product information
- Entering sales orders and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating delivery schedules with production
- Determining shipping requirements using product dimensions and weights
- Providing professional customer service by phone and email

Experience or qualifications that are an asset:

- Customer service, front counter, or inside sales experience
- Experience using ERP, POS, accounting, inventory, or CRM software
- Interest in manufacturing, industrial products, transportation, agriculture, or logistics
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Post-secondary education in business, administration, sales, or a technical field
