As part of our Digital Technology team, you'll help shape the future, working with advanced tools, automating processes and innovating across all business functions.Position OverviewBy joining us as a system analyst, you will be part of our onsite Digital Technologies team based in Longueuil, focusing on delivering IT solutions for our Logistics team, particularly for the Warehousing and Sales & Distributions organizations. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, mission‐driven individual who engages directly with the logistics organization to understand customer requirements, identify and develop solutions that exceed expectations. You will partner with a cross‐functional Digital Technology team, 3rd‐party software vendors, partners, and subject‐matter experts to develop and execute integrated solutions. The role requires a strong technical background to propose, troubleshoot, and innovate solutions that leverage best practices within the company's application processes and architecture.What Your Day to Day Will Look LikeParticipate in the SAP S/4 Hana digital transformation for the Plan to Sustain workstream.Work with business stakeholders and other functional areas to define process opportunities for Logistics Systems that streamline business processes,



promote best practices and drive business benefits.Perform technical and functional problem solving and ensure integration with other solutions/applications.Document business requirements and translate them into specification documents that result in solutions that meet or exceed the defined business requirements.Work in cross‐functional teams to provide seamless integration between Logistics and other enterprise applications.Lead/participate in ERP related projects and ensure stakeholder alignment around the vision, scope, schedule and budget for the digital solution.Identify, evaluate, and implement continuous business improvement opportunities enabled by standard application configurations to promote best practices and drive business benefits.Provide knowledge transfer to post go‐live support teams.Available and able to travel based on business/project needs.What You Need to Be SuccessfulMinimum QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field and 7+ years of experience in Information Technology that includes experience in a customer‐facing role, requirement gathering, designing functional/technical solutions, and providing support, and experience in managing and delivering projects in dynamic organizations.OR Advanced Degree and 5+ years of experience in Information Technology or related field that includes experience in a customer‐facing role, requirement gathering, designing functional/technical solutions, and providing support, and experience in managing and delivering projects in dynamic organizations.5+ years of SAP configuration experience of the SAP Production Planning module (SAP S4 experience is desired).Strong communicator with good facilitation and analytical skills.Project management skillset.Preferred QualificationsSAP PP certification (ECC/S4).Working knowledge of SAP WM, EWM, transportation and other modules.Strong technical experience working in a complex SAP landscape.Demonstrated leadership of successful process improvement initiatives.Demonstrated focus on process development and implementation that spans organizational boundaries.Demonstrated agile mindset and proven history of helping implement and support scaled agile practices.Program debugging experience.BTP/MES experience is a plus.This PositionThis position is part of a French‐speaking work environment; it requires a very goodknowledge of English to read and understand daily documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organisations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues. The salary range provided is a positive faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
