Job SummaryMedcan Health Management is looking for a Family Physician to join a rostered family practice in Markham at 600 Cochrane Drive.RolePractice will be scheduled for a minimum of 3 days a week in clinic from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.What You'll DoProvide in‐depth, compassionate and preventative primary care to a relatively small roster of patients.Build robust relationships and understand all aspects of each patient's health and wellness.Identify insights from same‐day testing to deliver clinical recommendations.Create comprehensive diagnoses and treatment plans that leverage our referral partners – referral process handled by our team.Participate in daily lunches, on‐site continuing medical education, and product development initiatives.What You'll NeedService‐mindful approach to comprehensive care.Collaborative,

Rates vary by service offered.
