which involves negotiating or influencing on significant mattersResponsibility to shape and deliver various Workday implementation projects that exceed the expectations of our clients and our own assignment quality criteriaResponsibility for a majority of day-to-day client communicationsManage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing/challenging the output produced by the teamResponsibility for management of engagement financialsHelping to grow and develop our team through hands on training and coachingHave latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignmentsUnderstand Workday's Implementation Methodology and apply it on all engagementsDemonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectivesSupport or lead business development activities such as solutioning, proposal creation, orals support and SOW creationDrive innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assetsTravel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirementsHere's what you need:Minimum of 5 years of consulting or client-side experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level roleMinimum of 5 years of working as a WD Delivery LeadMinimum of 3 years of Workday ImplementationsBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).
