Qualification

MBA graduate with interest or experience in OB_HR_Leadership either as a learner or teacher. Candidate must have taken a Leadership Development Practicum (RSM5604 or RSM5614) course or Leadership Development Lab (RSM2622) course at Rotman School of Management. Previous experience is the more relevant criterion than the need to acquire experience in respect of this posted position.

Class Schedule

Courses may be online or in person depending on circumstances, so candidates must be available and comfortable with both.

Sessional dates of appointment

Sep 1, 2026 - Dec 30, 2026

Salary

The minimum hourly rate shall be:

- September 1, 2025: $54.27 plus 4% vacation pay
- January 1, 2026: $54.27 plus 4% vacation pay
- September 1, 2026: $55.25 plus 4% vacation pay

This job is posted in accordance with the CUPE 3902 Unit 3 Collective Agreement.
