Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.Who are you?You are an experienced Senior Consultant (Transmission Estimator) seeking your next step, or are currently working in a similar role within a comparable environment to support the delivery of major transmission and utility infrastructure projects.This is a hands‐on role focused on developing high‐quality estimates and contributing to the rollout of a broader estimating framework.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates across transmission line and substation projectsPerform quantity take‐offs, develop bill of materials, and define scope from drawings and specificationsSupport estimates across all stages, including:Conceptual (Class 5)Intermediate (Class 3)Detailed (Class 1)Apply parametric and bottoms‐up estimating methodologiesDevelop key documentation including Basis of Estimate (BoE) and estimate narrativesSupport cost analysis, benchmarking, and estimating data improvementCollaborate with project teams to align cost, scope,
