At myAbode, we seek a Controller to spearhead our financial operations function. You will report directly to the Sr. Director of Finance, overseeing a spectrum of finance tasks from treasury and payroll to deal processing. This role emphasizes building systems rather than maintaining them, ideal for a creative finance leader with a hands-on approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement an effective operational controls framework
• Drive clean month-end close and accurate reconciliations
• Manage AP/AR for large scale operations




• Create a forward-looking dynamic rolling forecast
• Oversee treasury and cash management systems
Requirements:
• CPA with 7+ years in finance, ideally in high-growth settings
• Skilled in establishing finance operations from ground up
• Proficient at identifying and resolving process issues
• Comfortable making decisions with limited information
• Background in real estate or proptech is advantageous
