As a member of the Primary Community Care Team, you will play a crucial role in addressing mental health and wellness needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide culturally appropriate counseling and assessments
• Collaborate and partner with community health organizations

Requirements:
• Diploma in Social Sciences or extensive lived experience
• Experience in mental health or community health settings
