Higher education is an assetYou have over 20 years of relevant experience in the loads domain within the aerospace industryYou have more than 10 years of experience leading a team of engineers working on loads assessments, from planning and execution to risk management and project deliveryYou possess strong organizational skills for planning work activities and tracking task execution within budget and schedule constraintsYou demonstrate sound judgment to optimize work scope and define the appropriate quality levelYou have a good understanding of FAR 25 certification requirements.
