Reporting directly to the CEO, you will partner with leadership across product, engineering, sales, and customer success to drive efficiency, performance, and growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Strategy & ExecutionTranslate company strategy into operational plans, KPIs, and measurable goals.Partner with the CEO and leadership team on company OKRs, board reporting, and investor communications.Business Operations & Process OptimizationBuild scalable processes across finance, people, legal, and compliance.Drive continuous improvement to remove bottlenecks and increase cross‐functional efficiency.Implement and manage business systems (CRM, project management, finance tools, etc.).People & CultureSupport talent strategy,
