This is a key leadership role for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys being close to the numbers while also providing oversight across core administrative functions.About the RoleReporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Controller will take ownership of the full accounting cycle, delivering accurate and timely financial reporting while supporting operational decision-making. This role requires a robust technical foundation, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a business that blends project-based work, service delivery, and light assembly.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and overseefull-cycle financial statementsacross multiple entitiesLead the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timelinessProvide oversight of:Payroll (including acting as backup when required)Accounts PayableReception / administrative support functionsSupportjob costing processes, including analysis and reporting on project performanceApply appropriate revenue recognition methodologies,
