In this role, you will play a key part in delivering bridge and structural projects that improve mobility, safety, and resilience across the region. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes, from concept through construction.What You'll DoLead and manage the delivery of bridge and structural infrastructure projects, including planning, design, and construction phasesEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsCoordinate and integrate multidisciplinary teams, including structural, civil, geotechnical, and environmental specialistsAct as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering robust relationships and ensuring client satisfactionOversee design development, review engineering calculations, drawings, and technical reportsCollaborate with construction teams to support design-build and alternative delivery projectsManage project controls including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and qualitySupport proposal development, business development activities, and client presentationsMentor and guide junior and intermediate staff,



contributing to team growth and capability developmentEnsure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirementsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplineLicensed as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario, or eligible for licensure8 to 12 years of experience in bridge/structural engineering and project managementDemonstrated experience leading bridge or transportation infrastructure projectsStrong understanding of design standards, codes (MTO, CSA, AASHTO), and construction practicesProven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex projectsExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsStrong background in bridge rehabilitation, inspection, or asset managementSalary InformationThe base salary range for this position is $115,000.00 to $160,000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across Ontario, Canada locations.
