Administratively, this position oversees the department's administration, supervision, planning, and budgeting, reporting directly to the Manager (or designate) and advising on budgets, workload, labor relations, and personnel matters. The Professional Practice Leader – Pharmacy ensures compliance with all institutional and College of Pharmacists of BC regulations, policies, and procedures.Professionally,



this position ensures that Pharmacy standards align with regulatory and accrediting body standards and relevant legislation.
