CNL is looking for an experienced Program Manager to oversee its Federal Nuclear Science & Technology and commercial initiatives. The role involves fostering external relationships, developing and managing work plans, and ensuring that project milestones are met within budget and schedule. You'll be responsible for executing funded elements and fulfilling sponsor reporting needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct management of federal and commercial projects
• Develop work plans in partnership with management
• Negotiate program scope,



budgets, and timelines
• Identify project risks and develop strategies
• Produce required reports for project sponsors
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering
• Minimum 12 years of project management experience
• PMP certification required; PgMP is a plus
• Familiarity with nuclear tools and government programs
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
