They are developing cutting-edge RF and mixed-signal solutions for next-generation communication systems, with applications spanning across IoT and beyond.They are now seeking to appoint an experienced RF IC Technical Team Leader to guide and mentor a growing team of engineers, drive technical direction, and take ownership of complex RF IC development programmes from concept through to production.This is a leadership role with both hands-on and strategic responsibilities, well-suited to someone who enjoys combining technical depth with team development and cross-functional collaboration.Key responsibilities of the RF IC Technical Team Leader include:Leading a team of RF and mixed-signal IC designers, providing technical direction, mentoring, and performance feedbackDefining and overseeing RF IC architecture and block-level design for products targeting low-power and high-performance applicationsDriving project planning and resource allocation in collaboration with programme managers and wider engineering teamsTaking ownership of RF design flows, methodologies, and toolchain improvements to enhance design efficiency and qualityEnsuring successful silicon implementation, validation, and production ramp-up, in close coordination with layout, test, and packaging teamsRepresenting the RF IC team in both internal and external technical reviewsKey experience and requirements:A robust track record in RF IC design and development,
