Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on designing and integrating DFX features into SoCs
• Build comprehensive test plan documentation and estimates
• Create directed and random verification tests
• Debug test failures and determine root causes collaboratively
• Review and modify functional and code coverage metrics
Requirements:
• Strong DFT and DFD architecture knowledge
• Experience with JTAG and other test methodologies
• Familiarity with Tessent tools and test pattern generation
• Proficiency in Verilog, SystemVerilog, and C++
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
