We would love to hear from youAbout Gold's Gym BCBig Brand Name - Canadian Owned and Operated.Compensation$3750-$4250 monthly + uncapped commissionsShifts RequiredFull-Time5 Days a week, 1 weekend day requiredEvening shifts required, must be available evenings until 9pm+GENERAL ResponsibilitiesComplete all new hire on boarding training to master base tasks and advanced leadership tasks and habits - including facility management basicsEnsures ongoing upkeep and over all facility maintenance and operationsWorks with sales/leaders to ensure all member feed back and requests are being addressed and handled in a timely mannerEducate and empower team members on necessary items and requestsResolve escalate customer complaints in a professional, respectful mannerDraft and submit weekly sales and operational reports to upper management as requiredMonitors and adjusts schedules to maximize employee productivity, obtain payroll goals and cover key business hours/peak days - Assist with shift coverage as neededAble to self organize with a strong attention to detail / demonstrates proactive critical thinking skillsSALES SUPPORTMeet and exceed personal sales quota by monitoring sales KPIs, forecasting, fine-tuning sales processes, and ensuring company habits and non-negotiables are being followedParticipate in events to generate new sales, such as trade shows, open houses, member appreciation nights,
