Key Responsibilities:
• Build long-term relationships with families to provide updates
• Ensure effective feedback loops between families and advising teams
• Proactively address family concerns and challenges




• Collect feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and processes
• Monitor service quality and engagement with families
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related fields
• 2+ years in education services or customer success
• Solid communication and project management skills
• English fluency for direct communication
• Familiarity with international education systems is a plus
