With 7+ years of HR experience, you will contribute to team dynamics while fostering an inclusive and supportive culture at Crowe BGK.

Key Responsibilities:



• Build trusted relationships with key organizational leaders • Provide guidance on talent management and workforce planning • Support leaders in achieving goals through effective practices • Analyze workforce trends to enhance employee engagement • Lead initiatives for organizational development and change management

Requirements: • 7+ years of progressive HR experience • Solid expertise in employee relations and performance management • Knowledge of Quebec employment legislation • Experience in change management and leadership coaching • CHRP/CRHA designation preferred
