fostering a unified organizational voice.Organize and oversee events and campaigns that promote Uja's mission, ensuring effective communication and engagement with participants and stakeholders.Provide guidance and mentorship to the communications team, fostering career development and encouraging innovative thinking.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in strategic communications, integrating new ideas and technologies into Uja's communication strategies.Prepare and manage the communications budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve strategic goals.Engage with community members and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring that Uja's communications are relevant and impactful.RequirementsA bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.A minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic communications, public relations, or a related area, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies that drive organizational goals.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills,
