In this permanent, full time role, you will contribute to the effective management of the Town's assets by analyzing whole life cycles, service life, and replacement values. You’ll prepare detailed asset reports and ensure accurate compliance with all capital asset reporting requirements while supporting internal and external audits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain asset registry per PSAB and O reg 588/17
• Analyze asset life cycles and condition assessments
• Ensure compliance in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting




• Prepare year-end reporting for Town and Stats Canada
• Provide guidance to teams across various departments
Requirements:
• University degree in business or relevant field
• Professional accounting designation (CMA, CA, CGA)
• Minimum 5 years of capital asset management experience
• Extensive experience with fixed asset accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
