Senior Litigation Lawyer – Personal Injury (8+ Years)

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated litigation lawyer to join our growing personal injury team. This is an excellent chance for a lawyer looking to take on a senior role within a collaborative and supportive firm that values both individual initiative and teamwork.

The Role:

In this role, you will manage a broad range of personal injury litigation matters. You will see these matters from the file opening through to settlement and/or trial, and/or LAT hearing. Additionally, you will be involved in all facets of file and case management, including conducting liability, financial, and medical investigations. Providing practical guidance and support to clients throughout the claims and litigation process will form an integral part of your responsibilities.

What You Will Need to Succeed To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A minimum of 8+ years of post-call litigation experience

• Demonstrated experience and enthusiasm for personal injury law

• Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario

• Strong advocacy, drafting,



and organizational skills

• The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure

• Excellent interpersonal and client-management abilities

• A proactive, accountable, and positive approach to practice

• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
