Salary will be determined based on the successful candidate's professional designation and corresponding collective agreement. The posted wage range reflects the full range across both applicable classifications.Posting Period: July 24, 2026 - July 30, 2026As a member of an interprofessional team, the Occupational Therapist (OT) or Social Worker (SW)provides expertise in their field, by providing evidence-based, recovery focused assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and support focusing on service coordination, medication management, activities of daily living, engagement including work, social, interpersonal relationships and leisure time that contribute to the optimal function of individuals who experience a severe mental illness. The OT or SW also contributes to the development of the comprehensive individual-directed treatment and recovery plan and provides service coordination tor assigned individuals that include providing a range of treatment, rehabilitation and support services in order to facilitate the individual's personal recovery goals.Required Qualifications and ExperienceMaster's Degree in Social Work OR Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy requiredUnrestricted registration with the applicable Ontario CollegeOne year work experience providing services to adults with a reliable mental illness in an outpatient psychiatric setting, effectively accessing and employing community resources to meet the needs of the individual,
