Reporting to the Regional Director Quality Care, you will be pivotal in developing and implementing creative training tailored to team members in senior living communities. Combining clinical expertise with educational delivery, you will ensure compliance with regulations while fostering a supportive learning environment in Alberta and British Columbia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify community training needs for better care
• Develop annual education plans and content
• Implement onsite training effectively
• Facilitate Skills Labs for skill assessments
• Manage the education calendar and updates
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current AB nursing license required
• Minimum five years of training experience
• Certification in CPR and First Aid needed
• Ability to travel 20% of the time
