This hybrid (3 days in‑office) role is responsible for providing functional and technical support for current and existing applications. Responsibilities include documenting processes and requirements, preparing UAT, managing vendor relationships, and contributing to process improvements. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of technical business analysis experience, be motivated to learn new technologies, possess strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and have excellent verbal and written communication. Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, understand change management processes, and apply sound knowledge of project management and business analysis methodology. Self‑initiated improvement initiatives are expected.



Compensation ranges from $70/hr to $95/hr. The role includes performance bonus and retirement savings plan.
