consistent, and legally compliant practicesCanadian Employment Law ExpertiseServe as the subject matter expert for Canadian employment and labor legislationAdvise on employment standards, human rights, workplace accommodations, terminations, restructures, and compliance mattersPartner with legal stakeholders on complex employment issuesMonitor legislative changes and recommend best practicesLeaves, Accommodations & Return‐to‐WorkManage complex leave programs and employee accommodationsOversee disability management and return‐to‐work planningEnsure compliance with applicable legislation across multiple provincesSupport leaders and employees through sensitive situations with empathy and professionalismHR Operations & Employee ExperienceBe the trusted first point of contact for employees and managersPrepare employment documentation and support employee lifecycle processesCoordinate personnel changes including hires, promotions, transfers, leaves, and exitsIdentify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and employee experienceWhat We're Looking ForYou Bring:7+ years of progressive HR / People & Culture experienceSignificant experience supporting employees across multiple Canadian provincesDeep knowledge of Canadian employment and labor legislationStrong employee relations and workplace investigation experienceExpertise in disability management, accommodations, workers' compensation,
