Define and communicate strategic visions for major initiatives, establishing the governance and alignment needed to accelerate decision-making and drive measurable outcomes throughout the program lifecycle.Define vision, objectives, and roadmaps for cross-organizational programs, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and refining strategy based on execution.Establish governance, organizational structures, and scalable processes to translate strategic intent into executable designs.Bridge strategy and execution by framing trade-offs and identifying decision gaps to maintain program momentum.Map stakeholders and establish involvement forums to maintain engagement throughout the program lifecycle.Drive cross-functional alignment and resolve conflicts to ensure shared ownership of outcomes.Maintain clear communication rhythms to keep working teams and senior leadership aligned and accountable.Operate governance frameworks with clear decision rights and escalation paths to maintain alignment.Proactively frame key decisions, equipping leadership with context to act decisively.Manage interconnected workstreams and dependencies, balancing speed with quality and risk mitigation.Develop a 360-degree change management approach addressing people, processes, and organizational design.Champion current ways of working with GTM and training teams to ensure effective organizational adoption.Track health metrics and prepare executive dashboards to communicate progress and course corrections.Capture lessons learned and build scalable playbooks to strengthen future team capabilities.Continuously identify opportunities to improve tools and operating models across the PMO.RequirementsDegree in Business, Strategy, or a related field7+ years in strategy, program management,



or management consulting.Leading complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution.Designing governance frameworks and operating models for large initiatives.Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for Director+ and VP audiences.Navigating matrixed organizations and managing diverse stakeholders.Initiative and ownership—proactively identifying gaps and driving solutions.Commitment to core values: trust, teamwork, and accountability.MBA or advanced degree in a related field (Great to Haves)PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification (Great to Haves)Change management certification (e.G., PROSCI or equivalent)Experience in retail, consulting, or complex channel environments (Great to Haves)Bilingual fluency (English and French) is an asset.Core CompetenciesDemonstrates expertise in strategic visioning, program management, and governance frameworks, with a strong focus on cross-functional alignment and stakeholder engagement.
