combined with the ability to orchestrate complex technology delivery at scale.Required Qualifications8–12+ years in Technical Program Management or Program ManagementProven experience owning portfolio-level programs across planning, supply chain, or retail technology domainsStrong understanding of:Merch Planning and Allocation processesForecasting and inventory optimization conceptsCross-functional delivery in data-driven systemsDemonstrated ability to influence both technical and business leadership decisionsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Anaplan, planning systems, or allocation enginesExposure to AI/ML-based forecasting or optimization modelsExperience with data platforms (e.G., Snowflake) and end-to-end data pipelinesBackground in retail, apparel, or omnichannel inventory environmentsEducationBachelor's or Master's of engineering, or related fields. #J-18808-Ljbffr
