What you'll do

- Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy focused on AI-enhanced features and automation tools tailored for the home care sector.
- Work closely with product management and sales teams to convert intricate AI functionalities into compelling value propositions that resonate with home care providers.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to continuously refine and improve product positioning in the marketplace.
- Create and distribute training materials and enablement resources that empower the sales team to effectively present AI-driven solutions to potential clients.
- Analyze user adoption metrics and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for further product enhancement and market penetration.
- Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns that highlight the benefits of AI and automation, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback on AI products and services, using insights to inform future development and marketing strategies.




- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote AlayaCare's AI solutions and expand professional networks within the healthcare technology space.

Requirements

- Demonstrated experience in formulating go-to-market strategies, product marketing, or sales engineering, particularly within the Software as a Service (SaaS) domain.
- Solid grasp of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and workflow automation principles.
- Proven ability to distill complex technical concepts into accessible language for non-technical audiences.
- Experience collaborating with diverse teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to achieve common goals.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Nice to have

- Previous experience in the healthcare technology sector or specifically within the home care industry is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the AlayaCare platform or similar clinical software systems will be considered a plus.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in healthcare technology can enhance your application.
