This opportunity will be 5 days a week onsite in Calgary, Alberta and 40 hours a week. This individual will be responsible for shaping and executing the manufacturing strategy of the organization, focusing on driving production efficiency, implementing transformative projects, and fostering innovation in aerospace manufacturing.Responsibilities:Overseeing and governing projects aligned with the company's "Make vs. Buy" strategies, including introduction of current machines and technologies, ensuring alignment with business cases and organizational goalsEnsure project timelines, budgets, and objectives are met, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Methods, Operations, and Supply Chain, to ensure project alignmentThis leadership position requires a strong technical and leadership acumen,
