About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our expanding team. You’ll provide high-quality treatments in a calm, welcoming, and qualified environment , helping clients achieve their wellness goals while growing your practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional massage therapy services to clients, tailoring treatments to individual needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring an exceptional spa experience.
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation.
- Collaborate with the Heal House team to provide seamless, client-centered care.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in massage therapy and wellness.
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and supportive work environment.
Qualifications
- Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) .
- Proven experience in a wellness, spa, or clinic setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional, client-focused, and reliable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is preferred.
